Action Plans were engaged to deliver a complete masterplan transformation, reimagining both levels of the home into a refined coastal retreat tailored to modern family living.
Upstairs, the layout has been carefully reconfigured to maximise space and functionality, replacing the existing living area with an expansive master suite—complete with a walk-in wardrobe and private ensuite—while significantly increasing the size of the children’s bedrooms. A brand-new family bathroom adds both comfort and practicality.
Downstairs, the home has been completely opened up and redefined. The removal of outdated spaces has allowed for a seamless, free-flowing layout centred around a light-filled open plan kitchen, living and dining zone, enhanced by a striking vaulted ceiling and skylights that flood the space with natural light, creating a sense of volume, airiness, and effortless connection to the outdoor entertaining area.
Key additions include a functional mudroom, guest bedroom, bathroom, and a generous family-sized laundry—designed for everyday efficiency. Flexible spaces such as a second living area and home office have also been explored to support evolving lifestyle needs.
While externally, a large resort-style pool and expansive storage shed further enhance the home’s lifestyle and functionality, along with a beautifully appointed alfresco area with BBQ, pizza oven, outdoor dining and lounge seating create the perfect setting for entertaining, relaxing, and enjoying time by the pool.
