Benelong
Action Plans were engaged to transform this home and unlock the full potential of its irregular site, creating a light-filled, lifestyle-driven design tailored to the way our clients live.
The design centres around a generous open plan living, kitchen and dining zone that extends across the full width of the rear, maximising the northern aspect and seamlessly connecting to a covered alfresco and new pool. This connection between indoors and outdoors establishes a relaxed, coastal lifestyle tailored to everyday living and entertaining.
Internally, the existing ground floor is reconfigured to deliver a guest bedroom, secondary living area, laundry and butler’s pantry, while also accommodating a double garage. A refined entry foyer and repositioned staircase elevate the arrival experience, leading through to the rear where increased ceiling heights and a subtle level transition enhance the sense of space and connection.
Upstairs, the master suite is repositioned to the northern rear, complete with a walk-in robe and ensuite, creating a private retreat filled with natural light. Along with three spacious bedrooms and a family bathroom.
Designed with purpose and tailored to our clients’ lifestyle.
